Rhino World, Inc. (RWI) was established in February of 1998.  Since then, our growth has been consistent and strong. Carl Petetti, CEO and President, has endeavored to provide reliable services for the best possible price.  To this end, our satisfied clients have been responsible for the bulk of our new business through their referrals.  RWI's current clients come not only from our surrounding local area, but from all over the United States and Canada.

RWI, as the consultant, takes on the role of champion for our clients on the issues that inevitably arise with any large or small telecommunications and data account, regardless of who the vendor is.  Our clients like the ability to place one call to Rhino with any service issue, and know that we will interface with the carrier(s) involved to provide appropriate and expeditious resolution.  We can coordinate the repairs, handle billing issues, or submit new or change service orders.  In essence, we become an outsourced resource for your MIS/IT/Telecommunications Department; freeing your staff up to do their more important day to day job functions.

  We become an extended part of your team. You, as our client, always have direct access to the provider, if you desire. RWI, as your independent consultant, respects the importance of this line of communication, but understands that assistance is necessary in today’s business. Therefore, we encourage you to take advantage of all the ways we can help you.

RWI will, at the minimum, conduct a provider billing review on your account for the first few months following service activation. This is to ensure contracted rates and services are realized and properly applied. Based on your needs after that initial period, we would propose changing to quarterly billing audits.  RWI staff can schedule on-premise inspections of your invoicing, and  also use this time to review any outstanding occasional service issues or concerns you may have.  RWI can coordinate with the Service Provider to apply any outstanding credits due to you in a timely manner, or coordinate installation of any additional services that may be needed.  Rhino is always available for assistance with any issue that may occur.  Our experience within our Vendor alliances allows us to expedite many issues for faster  resolution. These are the very issues that tend to burden Telecommunication and IS departments. Allow us to be your outsourced resource!
